Why drill for only bowlers that don't use their thumb?
Two reasons: 1. We believe it is important to specialize and perfect one thing; do one thing really well instead on many things mediocrely. 2. Trying to fit a bowler's thumb remotely is very challenging and adds a level of complexity that would be difficult to overcome.

What if I don't know my finger hole or grip size?
Many bowlers do not know their finger size, but often this is a simple task to figure out.

If you use grips and already have a ball that fits, you may be able to determine the size just by looking at the grips in that ball. Most grip manufacturers imprint the size on the inside of the grip. Look inside your grips and see if there are any numbers. This number represents the size. Grips are sized in fractions of an inch, and the number in the grip will always be the top number of the fraction. For example, "23" is "23/32", "11" is "11/16", "3" is "3/4", and so on.

Is my ball warrantied?
We honor all manufacturer warranties. If anything happens to your ball, we will do everything we can to make it right.
How long will it take to receive my ball?
Ball typically ship within one week of placing your order. Then allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
When will I receive a ball that is on pre order?
If the ball is ordered more than one week before the release date, then the ball will ship on the release date. Then allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
How will my ball be drilled?
How would you like it drilled? If you have specific requests on a layout, please add it to the notes when ordering. Additionally, you can add pictures of layouts you like or even videos of you bowling to your account page to help us determine a layout for you.
